Sealant guns, or caulking guns, hold sealant cartridges filled with silicone or latex. When the trigger is pressed the sealant is pushed out of the tool through a nozzle. Once the sealant is exposed to the air, the sealant substance is activated and will set on the surface. Sealant guns are commonly used by kitchen fitters, glaziers, decorators and builders.
