Diamond core drills are heavy duty, mains powered drills that are commonly used to drill holes through concrete and brickwork. These drills are often used by plumbers and heating engineers to drill holes through masonry to allow for the fitting of pipework.

We supply diamond core drills in different variations including 13mm and 16mm keyed chuck systems, and ½ inch British Standard Pipe (BSP) male thread systems. The main difference between these drills is that the keyed chuck version can be used to accept other types of drill bits, meaning it is not dedicated to just diamond core work. BSP male thread diamond core drills are drills that are purely dedicated to diamond core work

In addition to this, some diamond core drills are water cooled, which helps to keep the machine cool when it is used over long periods on tough materials.
